Gene’s Pest Control offers a Limited Lifetime Transferable
Warranty to all of our misting customers when we install a new
system. Not only do you have
the piece of mind knowing that your system will continue to operate
as designed for years on end, when you move to a new location your
current property’s selling value will have an extra added bonus that
other homeowners in the area will not. This gives you, the owner, an
edge over your competition.
Under the terms of the Limited Lifetime Transferable Warranty,
Gene’s Pest Control will service your system under our Maintenance Service
Plan. This plan includes all refills scheduled automatically,
routine maintenance and controller adjustment to reflect the
seasonal needs of your environment, priority scheduling as an
existing client, rapid response time, and the free replacement of
system components including but not limited to the reservoir,
tubing, nozzles, and risers.
The pump, motor, controller and remote come with a 5 year limited
warranty.
This warranty will be terminated or downgraded to the Basic
Warranty, if qualifies, when Gene’s Pest Control does not perform
the scheduled maintenance and refills and/ or other persons, who are
not Gene’s Pest Control authorized representatives, interact with
the system. Introduction of any product by others will also void
this warranty. Limited Warranty refers to damage by others, Acts of
God, vandalism, introduction of non-recommended chemicals by others, service
by unauthorized personnel that are not employed by Gene’s Pest
Control, and other
forces beyond Gene’s
Basic Warranty - Self Service Customers
Gene’s Pest Control offers a 2- year limited warranty on the misting
systems we install but are not contracted to by the client to have
Gene’s Pest Control provide chemical refills and/or maintenance
services. Introduction of any inappropriate chemicals, incorrect use
of the system, installation of unapproved parts, incorrect
maintenance practices, and other terms included in the Standard
Warranty will void any and all warranties to the client.
The basic warranty will remain in effect as long as all scheduled,
recommended refill dates are followed and the customer provides
proof of maintenance and chemical purchases.

Your satisfaction and peace of mind is our number one goal.
Gene’s Pest Control has complete confidence in the systems we
provide and their lasting results. However, if for any reason within
the 60 days of installation you are not completely satisfied, Gene’s
will return to fix the problem at no charge. At that point if you
still are not 100% satisfied Gene’s will remove the system and
refund your full purchase price minus the cost of chemical and
monthly fill up cost already paid.
