1. Do I have to leave after you treat my home?
No, Most treatments can be done with you sitting on your couch. Some special treatments will require you to leave your house after the treatments but these treatments and requirements will be explained before the appointment is made. This is mainly for flea and tick control.
2. How can I pay?
We accept checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover or can pay the technician cash at the time of service.
3. How do I know your representatives are safe?
All of our field personnel have had criminal background and MVR checks conducted before employment.
4. Will it leave an odor after you treat?
No, most are products will not leave an odor. Some people with sensitive smell may detect a slight odor but is dissipates fast.
5. How long does the treatment last?
Our typical quarterly treatment lasts up to 90 days.
6. Where do you treat at my home?
On the initial visit we inspect and treat the interior and exterior of your home. We concentrate on pest entry points and harborages. these include: attics, window sills, door frames, pipe entry points and chases, mulch beds, pine islands, and cracks and crevices. Each follow up visit is an exterior treatment with interior treatment upon request.

Yes, when our office calls to let you know it is time for your regular service you just ask for an appointment to have the interior treated.
9. What are your guarantees?
All pest customers that are on a program can call us back out at anytime to take care of any specific problems they may experiencing. There is no charge for this and we try to have a technician at your home within 24 hours. One time pest treatments come with a 30 day guarantee.
